The Teen Innovation Summit owns and produces a dynamic series of education and career discovery experiences, meticulously crafted for diverse and ambitious students eager to explore STEM, creative, and business pathways.

Many educational institutions face the challenge of providing career exploration opportunities. The national average of students-to school counselor ratio is vast. Despite the American School Counselor Association's recommended 250-to-1 students-to-school counselor ratio, the national average lingers at 408-to-1 as of the 2021-2022 academic year. This disparity is even more pronounced in marginalized communities, where the student-to-counselor ratio can soar to a daunting 924:1.

Our mission is rooted in closing the gap on career exploration opportunities, offering solutions to bridge the divide. We strive to deliver timely and relevant content, empowering the future generation of talent.
